Not a lot has happened. I had a wonderful second session with the physical therapist on Wednesday last. She said that she would apply heat for 15 minutes and then we would do stretches. I thought, "Yuck! I hate stretches!" As it turned out, she did all the work........all I did was relax. I enjoyed the session much. She said that we could possible have two appointments each week. I think that that is an excelent idea. I go back tomorrow.
Over the weekend I rented three movies: The Fast Runner, The Emperior's New Clothes, and Pumpkin. The best of the three was the Emperior - a really enjoyable movie. The Runner seemed slow and long..........set in Alaska and had won a bunch of awards. Pumpkin was a way to pass the time.
I've spent a lot of time over the past week helping Noel, Virgil's daughter, with her application to Kalamazoo College's Center for Asian Studies Study Asia Program 2003. If she is one of the 15 applicants selected, she will spend two weeks in Japan. I hope she gets to go. She is deserving.......and so sweet.
The test in Human Resources Management was a lot harder than I had expected. The jury will be in on that exercise on Thursday.

If sweet and derserving are the criteria, you shouldn't have any worries over your HRM test. I'll be thinking A+ thoughts for you.
Posted by: Jfer on February 24, 2003 11:35 PMWhat were the results of your HRM test that you expected to receive last Thursday? I hope you did better than you thought.
We watched Insomnia recently. I wouldn't rush out to rent it, but as I like Al Pacino I didn't feel LI'd wasted my time watching it. You should keep an eye out for Little Voice or another one called The Winslow Boy; both are great. Jeremy Northam is in The Winslow Boy, and my he is a fine-looking man. (He was also in Possession recently.)
Posted by: Elizabeth on March 3, 2003 11:12 AMMovies that we rented recently and enjoyed mucho are The Bourne Identity and About A Boy. Well I was the only one who enjoyed the latter. Jerry didn't even watch it.
