Marinade a Hit!

I know your supposed to do this blog thing on a daily basis when the event happens. It kinda slipped my mind until I went to reading some of my past entries and I then realized that I had not followed up on one of my earlier posted entries. The marinade/barbecue sauce was scruptious! I felt like a Master Chef after preparing the meal. If anyone would like the recipe for it just let me know. I marinated country style pork ribs overnight in this sauce and then smoked them in my new Brinkmann smoker. What a wonderful flavor and they were so tender you didn't need a knife to cut the meat. I bet chicken and brisket would work well with this sauce as well.
