PRE-HEAT OVEN AT 325 DEGREES.

4 3/4 CUPS SWANS DOWN CAKE FLOUR
1 1/2 POWDERED SUGAR4 EQUAL SECTIONS
1 POUND BUTTER (HIGH QUALITY - DON'T GO CHEAP)

SOFTEN BUTTER TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
ADD POWDERED SUGAR.
ADD FLOUR.
MIX WELL TO FORM A BALL.
REFRIGERATE FOR 1/2 HOUR.
DIVIDE INTO 4 EQUAL SECTIONS.
ROLL FLAT AND PLACE ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET.
PRESS EDGES WITH A FORK FOR DESIGN.
BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES.
