Crust: 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter (melted), 1 cup chopped pecans
Filling: 8oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/8 teaspoon almond extract, 1 package instant vanilla pudding, 1 package instant chocolate pudding, 2 cups milk, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, salt.
Crust: Mix all together; press into 8" x 12" pan. Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees F. Cool.
Filling: Cream all together 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon almond extract, and spread over crust. Beat until thick 1 package instant vanilla and chocolate pudding, 2 cups milk, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Spread over filling in crust. Top with balance of Cool Whip, grate chocolate over Cool Whip. Chill overnight, cut into squares and serve. Makes 12 servings: 511 Calories per serving (sorry, Dale!).
