This is a new series of postings about the life and foibles of Leo.
One night, probably at Bill & Fay's Bar, Leo bet that he could name every state in a prescribed time. At the end of the time, he was short one State. And the state he had forgotten?...his home state, Ohio. He lost $5 or $10.
This story is akin to the salt and pepper shaker story.
