John & I rode 64 miles yesterday on our bicycles as part of our training for the MS150 in April. We were so tired last night! I fell asleep at 7:15 and slept until 7:00 this morning!!!! It was a really neat ride. We began at a park in Baytown, crossed the Fred Hartman Bridge, a pretty suspension bridge (first we struggled up and then we flew down), came to the first rest stop, and then got on the Lynchberg Ferry and continued on the other side, rode past the San Jacinto Monument and the Battleship Texas. We rode with three other people from Mustang who are all signed up for the MS150.

I bet you were tired--but that is so cool you did it! Dale and I are both very proud of both of you. How did John do? Hope he didn't think he'd landed in a circle of hell. With the nice bikes you guys have now, it should have been a pleasure.

Sounds like you all had a good time. It's exhausting, but it feels good too, doesn't it?!

Congrats on doing the MS150. It sounds like a fun and worthwhile thing to do. It is not fun and worthwhile to get behind the riders on the country roads when traveling by car which we accidentally did twice.

Sometimes riding behind those bike riders can be an enjoyable experience. Especially, when they are wearing spandex.

Too much - assume you mean the riders of the male persuasion.
