Boston, MA

I don’t know everyone does on the weekends, but I know what I did this weekend.

I went to Boston, MA!

On Saturday, I got a call at 1 pm asking if I would be willing to go to Boston, MA for the night or weekend and make sure a package was safely delivered. (I’ll bear you unimportant details). My flight was arranged for 6 ish that evening, and I was on a plane with a smile on. I did my job (which required going to Portland, ME) for the night to deliver the package. I slept in Portland that night, and as early as possible, I went to Boston.

Boston is/was amazing! It was such a fun experience, and I hope I have more opportunities to do this in my life. I’ll leave with some pictures (thanks to photobucket hosting)

Did I mention they drove me around in a Lincoln Towncar/Limo? (by myself lol)

They also have pretty statues.

I was very lucky to have a good highschool friend that lives in Boston, so we played together on Sunday. It probably wouldn’t have been as fun without her.

I also went to Cambridge to see Harvard. The buildings there are architecturally and aesthetically wonderful.

Whoo. What a great weekend. Last thing to add, I DID in fact GET PAID to do all of this “work.”

Now you can live vicariously through me. :) j/k
