Christmas was wonderful, except for our house almost catching on fire (long story), but it’s not the same when 35-40 people are flooded into our house. That’s what next year is for. It felt different, but that’s okay because I am accustomed to having so many people in the house. All in all…it was good. Also, the white elephant gift exchange was probably the best it had been. I captured a 100 CD holder from Discgear. It was really nice, and that is one thing that I actually needed. Anyways, for the sake of time, I’ll just list what I received, if I remember.
1.Digital Camera
2. Camera Case
3. Battery Pack
4. Memory Card
5. “Finding Nemo” DVD
6. 2 perfumes…”8” and “For one”
7. $20 Cinemark gift card
8. Peacoat jacket
9. Sweater
10. 2 shirts
11. Adobe Photoshop 7
12.Cute socks
13. Pajamas w/Garfield doing Yoga
14. a new tire
15.Nike wind pants
16. Lots of love from my family
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE! EARLY HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Posted by Courtney at December 26, 2003 09:39 PMI got a digital camera too! I wanted one of my own; sharing with Dale wasn't working. It is very cool and I've already taken some nice pictures of Jonathan as well as some Inca doves all cuddled together on my deck.
Sounds like you got some nice things. But what is a peacoat jacket?
Posted by: Elizabeth on December 27, 2003 12:41 PMI know what's a peacoat jacket! They were quite popular during the early 70's. We all (my friends and I) had one. Not sure how/if it's changed since then, but is used to be a navy blue wool coat. I think it was double breasted. Has it changed much?
Posted by: Margaret on December 27, 2003 06:07 PMI think that the jackets are pretty much the same as they are now. I found an pretty good example, except mine isn't from eddie bauer. http://www.eddiebauer.com/eb/product.asp?product_id=19678&nv=3|21473|103&cm_ven=Performics&cm_cat=search&cm_pla=I%2Dsearch%28Google%20Adwords%29&cm_ite=womens%20peacoat
I don't know how to do links on the comments, and I'm too lazy to figure it out.
I hope that helps.
Posted by: Courtney on December 27, 2003 06:41 PMDoing links are super simple...
1. After typing your entry save to draft.
2. Click on Edit Entry from tool bar at top.
3. I will use your pea coat as an example. Go
directly to the site you want to link. Click
on the URL to highlight it, then right click
to copy.
4. Return to your entry. You should still be in
edit mode. Highlight the word pea coat, right
click then choose paste.
If any of you computer whizzes read this, let me know if there is a simpler way to do it, or if I've left out any steps in the instructions.
